Solski Communications received highest marks from clients according to a report published by trade magazine „Media Marketing Polska” this week.
In 14 categories, in which clients evaluated Solski Communications, we are
ranked No. 1 in seven categories, and in six other categories – 2nd
or 3rd.
Clients gave the No. 1 marks to our consultancy in the following
categories:
- Satisfaction about working the consultancy
- Satisfaction about the standards of client services
- Professionally trains its staff about the principles
of the company’s corporate and brand communications
- Observes the principles of professional ethics
- Makes efforts to understand the client’s operating
policies and organizational culture
- Understands the client’s business, their product or
service offerings, and market situation in their business sector
- Offers a complete range of services in the digital
environment
Clients also gave very high marks to us in the following categories:
- Provides clear and detailed information about how the
budget is being spent
- The consultancy’s services are worth the remuneration
paid by the client
- Would you recommend their services to a friend
- Enjoys high opinion in the PR sector
- Actions and campaigns carried out by the consultancy
are effective
- Offers strategic and long-term approach to the
execution of client-assigned activities
- Efficiently reacts to emerging threats which could
lead to crisis situations
The report is based on the results of a market research of PR consultancies’ work conducted for the first time by the Kantar Polska research firm, using the methodology of telephone interviews with clients. To have the clients’ marks taken into account, at least five clients had to give their marks to a given agency. A total of 20 PR consultancies were ranked in the final report.
