The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Poland appointed Solski Burson-Marsteller their PR agency of choice.

Solski Burson-Marsteller will be providing the Embassy with strategic communications, public affairs and media relations support till the end of 2012.

The agency’s activities will support the Embassy’s work in promoting the Norwegian grants to Poland: Norway Grants and EEA Grants – the grants that Norway has been providing to Poland in areas such as energy, environmental protection and climate change, research and scholarship, civil society, health and children, gender equality, justice and cultural heritage. Poland is the largest recipient of these grants – over the past five years, it has received grants amounting to 558 million euro, with another 578 million euro already allocated for the next five years.

The strong bilateral ties between Poland and Norway will be emphasized by the forthcoming State Visit by Their Majesties the King and Queen of Norway to Poland 9 – 11 May 2012. Their Majesties will be accompanied by Government Ministers and a business delegation.
