In early October Solski Burson-Marsteller commenced regular PR activities for Burger King, while the team grew to 12.

Solski Burson-Marsteller was appointed agency Burger King’s agency of record by the AmRest company. Earlier AmRest hired Solski Burson-Marsteller to provide PR support to two other brands, Pizza Hut and KFC.

Two new experienced consultants, Agata Grzeszkiewicz and Anna Marciniak, joined the agency’s team as well. This made the team grow to 12, of which eight persons are senior staff.

Agata Grzeszkiewicz, Senior Account Manager, has 10 years’ public relations experience. For seven years she was employed by PR agency Sigma, first as an Account Manager, and later as a Senior Account Manager. Her clients included A.T. Kearney, AXA, The Boston Consulting Group, Fiserv, Randstad and Procter & Gamble. In 2007 she also worked as a freelance PR adviser, providing services to clients such as Azimutus Associates and Business Advisors. Agata started her PR career at Texaco Poland, where for two years she was a public relations specialist.

Anna Marciniak, Senior Account Manager, has six years’ PR and marketing experience. In the last three years, she worked in New York as a marketing specialist at luxury goods companies, Gabriel & Co, and Overnight, Inc. Earlier, for two years, she was employed by Polish PR agencies Compress and Newsline Communications, carrying out activities for clients such as IBM, Polcard SA, Scala Business Solutions and GTech Holding Corporation. Prior to that, in the years 2000-2003, Anna was a member of the Polish subsidiary of SAP’s PR Department.
