Tiltra Group, which is specialized in building infrastructure in Poland and Lithuania, hired us on retainer to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy of corporate communication in Poland, managing the press office for their local subsidiary companies, and providing advice on internal communications activities. The contract is annual, with an option for extension.

Tiltra is a regional infrastructure construction group operating in Poland and Lithuania. The group is specialised in the construction and redevelopment of roads, bridges, airports, tunnels, hydrostructures, railways and installation of engineering systems. Currently it employs about 2,500 people. In Poland, Tiltra owns two major groups of construction companies – Poldim based in Tarnow, and PEUiM from Białystok. In Lithuania, Tiltra includes the biggest construction group Kauno tiltai. In financial year 2009/2010 ending on March 31 2010, Tiltra recorded a turnover of EUR 300 million of which 70% came from operations in Poland.
