Leading global defense player Raytheon Company has given an internal communications prize to Solski Communications for the best campaign supporting an event. The award was given for Solski’s media relations support to the March 2018 signing of the inter-government Poland-US agreement to procure the Patriot air and missile defense system, Phase I. Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, the producer of the Patriot system, is the main US contractor in the execution of this agreement. It is Raytheon’s second annual award for a communications campaign in Poland – the first was given in 2015.

Besides, the US PR trade media outlet PR Daily in 2016 r. named Raytheon’s (and Solski’s) media activities in Poland regarding Patriot the best global media campaign by a US company.

Solski Communications has been providing comprehensive communications support to Raytheon IDS since 2013. They cover traditional and social media relations, including management of the Patriot_PL profile on Twitter and patriotsystem.pl web site; public affairs – especially cooperation with Poland’s think-tanks; and community relations, including cooperation with the Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw, universities, and the foundation supporting the families of Poland’s fallen soldiers.
