The Warsaw Bristol Hotel has appointed us to provide communication support in connection with the several month-long renovation and the planned joining of the prestigious Luxury Collection brand.

The renovation which started in May 2012 will cover all 205 rooms and suites, the Column Bar, Marconi Restaurant, swimming pool, and fitness area. The lobby will be entirely re-built, and the reception desk will be moved to its historic 1901 place. A new wine cellar named adVINture will open too. The total value of the investment planned for 2012 is PLN 50 million.

On the completion of the renovation in January 2013, the hotel will reassume the historic name Hotel Bristol and join the family of the most exclusive Starwood hotels – the Luxury Collection.

Our activities will include strategic communication consultancy, auditing existing materials, providing support to media and marketing communications, cultural sponsorships, and online communications, including that in the social media.
