Atlas Estates

Atlas Estates develops investment and construction projects and manage real estates in Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. Poland is the major operating market, in which the company has about 75% of their investments. The most important projects include Platinum Towers, Hilton Warsaw Hotel & Convention Centre, Millennium Plaza, as well as housing estates Capital Art Apartments, ConceptHouse Mokotów, and Krasinski’s Apartments. Since 2008, the company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Atlas Estates is also a member of the Polish Association of Developers. The total value of Atlas Estates assets amounts to 243.2 million EUR (30 September 2015).
