Małgorzata Dłubak

Małgorzata Dlubak is an experienced consultant who specializes in corporate and financial communication.

She joined Solski Communications in 2021 as the Head of the Financial Communications Practice. Earlier she worked for financial institutions, and also as an independent consultant. She conducted internal communication and employer branding projects at mBank, managed communication of PKO Bank Hipoteczny, and was a spokeswoman for Bank BPH and Meritum Bank. She has experience in communicating mergers and ownership changes. She also implemented projects unrelated to the financial industry, such as WWF Poland Foundation.

Early in her professional career she had also worked as a journalist – in Życie Warszawy and in the Polish Press Agency, among others.
