A crisis workshop is intended for officers and managers of various levels and members of the crisis cells in business and public administration.

Its purpose is to improve the participants’ media communications skills and prepare them to professional or social media communication in critical situations. The participants learn how the media work in critical situations, and how to use them effectively to defend their image and to propagate their messages.

The workshop training includes several practical exercises focused primarily on principles of crisis communication and preparing the messaging for the media in critical situations. The detailed program is always aligned to the specific trainee’s needs.

The training course typically lasts about four to eight hours, depending on the trainees’ needs.
