Our team of nearly 30 people perfectly combines many years of experience of leading managers with ambition, enthusiasm and creativity of young apprentices of the art of communications. One third of consultants have over 10 years of experience in professional communications, one third has five to 10 years of experience, and another third have less than five years of experience. We also give a an opportunity for students to have part-time stints, and when they complete their studies, we offer them a full-time job.
One of the distinguishing features of our Agency is the stability of the team. Many Managers and Senior Associates have been working for us from the very beginning in 2008; some joined us when they were still students.
The person in charge is of key importance to the integration of any team. At Solski Communications, this person is Ryszard Solski, a manager with over 20 years of experience in professional communications, former journalist and diplomat. It is he to whom report directors and senior managers who are in charge of the consultancy’s different practices. An interesting feature: five of them had worked with Ryszard in the previous company, and decided to join him when he founded his own firm.
